Every week we feature a Cape Ann business. Some are chosen by our editors for free: if you know one we should cover, nominate it. Businesses can also book the spot.
How a paid Spotlight works
- Tell us your story. What you do, who's behind it, what's new, and a few photos. Use the quote form and choose "Sponsored article."
- We shape it. An editor edits it for clarity and to our advertising standards, and sends you a proof and a price right away.
- It runs for 30 days. It sits at the top of the Business page, clearly labeled Sponsored, with a link to your website. Add a feature in the Morning Current email for wider reach.
The Spotlight uses our Sponsored article rate: $250 for 30 days, plus $100 to feature it in the Morning Current email. Nonprofits get 25% off. Our newsroom never sells news coverage. Paid Spotlights are always labeled, and an editorial pick never costs anything.
