Manchester's flu clinic for adults 18 and older is Oct. 7

The Board of Health's standard dose clinic runs 9 a.m. to noon at the American Legion Hall. Appointments are required.

Manchester-by-the-Sea residents 18 and older can get a flu shot at the town's clinic next Wednesday, but they need to sign up first.

The Board of Health's standard dose clinic is Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 9 a.m. to noon at the American Legion Hall. It is open to Manchester residents only, by appointment. There are no walk-ins.

This year the town split its annual adult flu clinic into two sessions. The first, a high dose clinic for residents 65 and older or with weakened immune systems, was scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 30.

Registration links for the clinic are on the town's website.
