Essex selectmen to take up a full time fire chief job description and a search for a town accountant
The board meets Monday. Later in the week: the Bell Point subdivision returns to the Conservation Commission, and three boards meet on public works.
Essex selectmen will be asked Monday to approve a job description for a full time fire chief, and to hear how the town plans to recruit both a new chief and a new town accountant.
Both items are in Town Administrator Brendhan Zubricki's report on the agenda for the board's Oct. 5 meeting, at 6 p.m. in the third floor auditorium at Town Hall, 30 Martin St. Residents can also join remotely. The agenda lists the topics without details. Read our earlier story on the fire chief budget.
