Manchester's Halloween by the Sea is back, with four family events over two Saturdays, the town says.

Wobblin Goblin Parade, Saturday, Oct. 24, 10 a.m.

Bring children in costume to the front of Town Hall, 10 Central St. The parade goes through downtown, with trick or treating at businesses along the way, and ends at Masconomo Park with hayrides, music, pumpkin decorating and prizes.

Pumpkin Decorating Contest, Saturday, Oct. 31, Town Common

The Police Department runs the contest for children 14 and under. Drop off decorated pumpkins at the Police Station by Friday, Oct. 30, to be entered for prizes. (The town's graphic lists the contest on Oct. 30, the drop off deadline.)

Halloween Party, Saturday, Oct. 31, 5 to 6:30 p.m., Memorial School

The town's yearly party before trick or treat, with pizza, treats and glow necklaces.

Trick or treat, Saturday, Oct. 31, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Some streets in the village will be closed to cars to keep people on foot safe. The town has not posted which streets.

More details are on the town's News Flash page.
