• Girls soccer, state tournament: Manchester Essex hosts, 1 p.m. The MIAA has not listed the opponent yet.
• Boys soccer: Gloucester at Nauset, 3 p.m.
• Cheer: Gloucester hosts a competition with nine other schools, 2 p.m.

Scrimmages Thursday, Nov. 5

• Girls soccer: Rockport at Manchester Essex, 3:30 p.m.
• Boys soccer: Marblehead at Manchester Essex, 5:30 p.m.
