Manchester-by-the-Sea will pick up bagged leaves at the curb during the week of Nov. 16 and the week of Nov. 30, the town said in an Oct. 28 post on its official Facebook Page.
How it works
- Put bagged leaves at the curb on the Monday of each collection week.
- Leave them out until they are picked up. The town's contractor, Black Earth, collects them.
- Cover the bags with a tarp if it rains.
Can't wait? Manchester residents can drop off leaves at the town Compost Site on Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Both collection weeks are on the Cape Ann Current events calendar.
